WE ARE IN THE DAYS OF GREAT CONTRAST || BISHOP DAVID OYEDEPO || CELEBRATION NIGHT

Text: Joel 2:1-2, Isaiah 60:1-2, Matthew 4:16

Great light in the midst of great contrast, days of devastation and celebration, two different things happening in opposite directions (Malachi 3:10, Malachi 4:2).

These are the days of despair and exemption, days of destruction and exemption at the same time. While Egypt lost all their harvest and livestock, Israel was growing up and going up.

Favour is what God’s people carry in the midst of misfortune, in the same environment; Genesis 47:27.

Choose ye today whom you will serve!

I told God to keep me focused, He said, “no,” I can only help you to be focused if you choose to be focused.

We are in the days of great contrast, and the days of trouble and triumphs, each one should begin to choose consciously or unconsciously which side to belong to. There’s a shift in the spiritual space from the realm of promises to the realm of covenants which demands we take covenant responsibility on every issue or subject of interest to us.

There’s a shift from seeking self to seeking God first, a shift from the realm of seeking for help from God to seeking after God; Matthew 6:33, James 4:1-3. Until self is being dethroned, the future is not secure. To get on God’s side, God first everything last including yourself.

There’s a shift from the realm of promises to the realm of covenants!

We used to claim promises then, there’s now a shift. It is a shift from promises to covenant. A revelation of the covenant and a choice to take responsibility for the covenant of every subject to  put you in command of the subject. We are in the days of the covenant tables of the kingdom. Each one enters into it as he chooses to; 2 Chronicle 15:12. Promises may be broken but not covenant; 1 Samuel 2:20.

You can’t come under a sworn blessing without an altar of sacrifice. If you have a problem with tithing, when will you now rear an altar of sacrifice? Genesis 12:3.

There’s a shift from the realm of faith to the realm of the obedience of faith. Any faith void of obedience is fake. A shift from the realm of confession of faith to the realm of profession of faith; Hebrews 10:23.

Obedience will keep you on the side of the blessings, disobedience will keep you on the other side which is not favourable. Only those on the lord’s side shall be spared from all the horrors of this endtime.

A shift from the realm of receiving to the realm of giving and receiving; Philippians 4:15-19. It’s not giving as a donation, it’s a covenant walk that you are conscious of the giving demand

There’s an upgrade in giving, if there’s any time you need to be serious, it is now!

There’s a shift from the realm of knowledge to applied knowledge. If your note is full, is your life full?

We the charismatics celebrate revelation , revelation not applied is a blockage between you and what it carries; Matthew 7:25-27.

Testimonies are not things that come by chance, applied insights is what triggers testimonies. Work out your own salvation, you don’t wait for it; Philippians 2:2,13. Applied insights is the master key to the world of the supernatural; Deuteronomy 8:18.

Every outbreak of light is a release of treasure if you’ll buy into it; Jeremiah 33:20 – 22. Every testimony you hear is a revelation applied. Every child of God is ordained a walking miracle; John 2 :3-7, John 9:1-8.

Whatever God tells you to do, do it; John 21:6.

Take responsibility for what triggers miracles, applied revelation will always trigger supernatural manifestation.

Covenant people don’t look for miracles, they naturally command miracles, when they walk in the covenant, what they are looking for is added to them. That you are doing it is what secures the future, if you stop, it will stop; Proverbs 4:22

Light is sweet, applied insights is what triggers testimonies. To move forward you must take steps, nobody goes forward sitting down, you have sat down enough, now, take steps; Hebrews 13:7.

You won’t sell your house to eat!

You won’t sell your car for bread!

No one will end up a beggar tomorrow!

Amen!

All these will happen by committing to the covenant of giving and receiving.

It is taking covenant responsibilities that makes commanders in the kingdom!

You will not suffer from lack and want again! Amen!
