Temi in an exclusive interview with David Oshin, revealed that she didn’t have the mind to go into coaching in the first place, It all began with a simple comment from someone in a training class who referred to me as ‘Coach.’ Gradually, others in the class started calling me ‘Coach‘ as well. Although I initially felt unprepared and unqualified for this role, I had a pivotal encounter with an experienced Coach. I shared my doubts and fears with him, and he assured me that I possessed the qualities of a “street-smart coach,” having learned from real-life experiences. He encouraged me to pursue a coaching certification. In December 2015, I reached out to an NLP organization in Lagos, Nigeria, and enrolled in their training program, which took place in April or May of the following year. My motivation was simple: I wanted to do more, be more, and give more to my audience. This was the driving force behind my decision to pursue a career in coaching.
Temi is a 2 time Amazon Bestselling Author and has published over 3 books including ‘A Millennial’s Guide to Mentoring‘ and ‘How To Make Millions Doing What You Love’.

She founded She Ignites Africa, a social enterprise initiative empowering women through mentoring, training and coaching with subsidiary brands like The Millionaire Housewife, a foremost edu-tech platform in Africa, designed to help women launch and grow successful businesses from home by leveraging on the internet so that they can make empowered decisions, raise strong families and support causes they believe in.
The academy has empowered over 5,000 stay-at home mums to launch their online businesses through her workshops, masterclasses, mentoring, coaching and resource materials; and Girls Ignite Africa, a movement designed to transform young girls mind through mentoring sessions that prepare them to contribute to Africa’s greatness.
Temi has spoken on several local and international platforms and she lends her expertise as a consultant and trainer to both start-ups and established companies to maximise their potentials through her Peak Performance sessions.
As a transformational speaker, Temi uses her own story and experiences to empower others and deploys result coaching tools, to transform their lives.

Temi holds two degrees in B.A English from Lagos State University and LLB Law from the University of Lagos.
