These are truly remarkable times for the church, as God is raising up influential individuals and captains of industry to advance His divine mission. Today, henotacemedia have the privilege of conducting an exclusive interview with Pastor Femi Adisa, a renowned business coach, filmmaker, and the founder of the Biblical Billionaire Club.
Pastor Adisa will be sharing insights into his personal journey, his mission, and his expectations for the upcoming Biblical Billionaire Conference in 2023.
HENOTACE: HOW HAS YOUR JOURNEY BEEN UP TO THIS POINT?
FEMI ADISA: I encountered Christ in 2007 while I was in university, and that moment marked a profound shift in my life. My ambitions and focus transformed entirely. Prior to that, as a teenager, I aspired to be like Michael Jackson and had dreams of filmmaking. However, encountering Christ changed everything.
In 2009, I had a significant encounter with God where He revealed His plans for my life. I went through my National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in 2009/20, and during that time, I fervently prayed to God. I had three specific requests: firstly, to transition from a meager “alowee” (NYSC allowance) to a salaried job; secondly, to secure a job with a monthly income of 800,000 naira; and thirdly, a private matter between God and me.
I diligently sent emails to various companies at a cyber café, but none of them went through. In response, I made a vow to work at the Redemption Camp for just three months, after which God would be owing me. My father had connections with potential employers, and they had already promised him a position for me.
As the three-month mark approached, I felt the pressure to submit my CV, but God directed me to stay at the Redemption Camp. This decision led to a series of discussions with my father, where I initially contemplated accepting a 30,000 naira per month job offer. However, God assured me that He would teach me how to become rich.

Over the next four to five years, I embarked on a learning journey guided by God and the books He directed me to read. Within three years, I had become a millionaire. Witnessing fellow believers’ financial struggles ignited a desire to teach others these principles. I started coaching individuals, and within six months, their lives transformed significantly. This journey eventually led to the birth of the Biblical Billionaire Club.
HENOTACE: HOW HAVE PEOPLE RESPONDED TO THE MESSAGE OF BIBLICAL BILLIONS?
FEMI ADISA: Remarkably, it seems that people have been eagerly awaiting a message like this. The acceptance and enthusiasm have been overwhelming. Recently, I had a conversation with a high-net-worth individual (HNI) who expressed how people have longed for principles instead of mere giving. Our very first conference drew over 500 attendees, and I couldn’t help but wonder why people trusted me enough to purchase tickets. I attribute this to the support of the Holy Spirit.
Nevertheless, not everyone shared the same perspective. Pst. Mrs. Foluke Adeboye, my spiritual mother, challenged me to consider the purpose behind accumulating billions. This led me to refine our mission, focusing on raising not just billionaires but kingdom financiers who will contribute to advancing God’s kingdom.
HENOTACE: WHERE DO YOU SEE THE BIBLICAL BILLIONAIRE CLUB IN THE NEXT TEN YEARS?
FEMI ADISA: While there are some aspects I can’t reveal at the moment, I can share a few plans. Within the next five years, we aim to establish the Biblical Billionaire College, a university dedicated to shaping young minds. We believe it is easier to mold individuals during their formative years.
We’ve already acquired land for this purpose, and we are diligently working on making this vision a reality, despite the financial challenges.

Currently, our club includes members from Nigeria and two foreign nationals from France and Kenya. We aspire to expand internationally and not limit ourselves to raising Christian billionaires solely in Nigeria. In a decade, we anticipate having at least 10 billionaires and five influential industry leaders within our club. Our vision of influencing policies and cultures for Christ and advancing God’s mandate on Earth will begin to materialize.
HENOTACE: WHAT SHOULD PEOPLE EXPECT FROM THE UPCOMING CONFERENCE?
FEMI ADISA: The upcoming conference is truly exciting. This time, I am intentional about it, not just for the fear of not disobeying God. We have notable speakers like Dr. Cosmos Maduka, Chairman of Coscharis Group; Dr. Stephen Akintayo, Chairman of Gtext Homes; Dr. Perez Araka, Chairman of Premium Trust Bank; Dr. Wisdom Ezekiel, Co-founder of Pertinence Group; and Olu Oyisan, Co-founder of OUI Capital, among others.
The conference will include interactive board meetings where participants will collaborate to solve real-world problems, simulating a board of directors. Last year, this exercise resulted in innovative solutions, some of which I shared with prominent figures like Tara Durotoye. This year, we are enhancing this feature to foster networking and knowledge exchange among participants. It will be three days of spiritual enrichment and interaction with the top 1% of Christian billionaires and business coaches in Nigeria.

HENOTACE: HOW DO YOU CONNECT WITH YOUR MENTORS AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS?
FEMI ADISA: Building and maintaining relationships with mentors largely depends on your ability to add value to them.
It took persistence to connect with Dr. Cosmos Maduka, a highly busy individual. I visited his office every month for over a year before finally meeting with him at his house. Since then, our relationship has grown stronger.
In general, billionaires find it easier to engage with those who speak their language. When you can communicate effectively and demonstrate value, connections naturally develop. It often starts with a single meeting, and from there, the relationship continues to flourish.
HENOTACE: HOW DO YOU BALANCE PASTORAL WORK AND BUSINESS?
FEMI ADISA: Balancing pastoral work, business endeavors, and the Biblical Billionaire Club can be demanding, but it’s a commitment I’ve chosen. Unlike some counterparts who focus solely on one area, I can’t leave any of these responsibilities.
I also have a family with four children, and I am dedicated to being a present father. To facilitate this, I’ve set up my office in my living room to spend quality time with my family.
God has been instrumental in helping me manage these roles. My ministry is thriving, the Biblical Billionaire Club is growing, and my personal businesses are flourishing. It requires careful planning, effective time management, and the support of my family and team.
HENOTACE: ANY ADVICE FOR THOSE STRUGGLING TO BALANCE BUSINESS AND MINISTRY?
FEMI ADISA: I believe we can take inspiration from our parents and predecessors who successfully managed both business and ministry. It’s crucial to maintain physical fitness and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
When we prioritize our health, we tap into a wellspring of energy that enables us to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively. So, my advice is simple: stay physically fit and eat healthily
