Following Michael Tait, one third of iconic group dc Talk, slipping up in an interview earlier this week and confirming that a dc Talk tour is in the works, Jesus Freak Cruise host Heath Arthur caught up with fellow dc Talk member TobyMac yesterday at SpiritSong to talk about the exciting rumor.

When asked about the possibility that dc Talk is planning to do some shows on land next year, Toby laughed and said, “Did Michael Tait say that? I texted him yesterday and was like, ‘Tait, this is so unlike you!'”

There are definitely discussions. Nothing is firm, so please, don’t expect this for sure. We’re talking about it and I think it could be something amazing. The cruise definitely whet our appetites for doing this, so there’s discussions. It might be a little different than people are imagining as far as what’s in our heads right now. Nothing’s on paper, nothing’s committed, not a single show is booked. But we’re hoping to. It’d be fun,” Toby explained.
