Prophet Shepherd Bushiri of Enlightened Christian Gathering (E.C.G) was invited yesterday to South Africa’s National Prayer Day, the vice President David Mabuza was in attendance, and Bishop Zondo the organiser. The Prayer was held at Elis Park Stadium. This was Prophet Bushiri’s SPEECH AND PRAYER.

All men of God here present,

Ladies and gentlemen,
It’s a great honour to be here today, with a spirit of unity for Christ, to pray for our nation, South Africa. We are here today without self ambitions. We are here to glorify our God, the one who made South Africa, the one who made Africa and all other six continents.
We all know that there are six continents and we also have six working days. To mean, God created each continent on a particular day and rested on the seventh. I am sure Africa, because of its beauty, was the first to be created.
I asked God this morning, why is Africa’s shape like a pistol? God said it’s because Africa is meant to be the powerhouse and South Africa, being at the base, is meant to be shooting the bullets. South Africa is a bullet to create champions. Let’s pray for South Africa and stand with her in prayer.
Let us bow down our heads in prayer:
“Our father,
We come before Your presence;
We declare prophecies on South Africa;
Let Your power take over this land;
From now to generations to come;
I speak a word that South Africa should not be dominated by evil;
Let righteousness and justice continue to reign;
We proclaim peace, justice and love;
Let Your presence and gory affect the economy of South Africa;
Make the economy move from consuming to producing;
Let Your grace take over in this nation;
We decree Jesus Christ to all provinces;
Let Your annointing prosper;
We pray for Your blessings, oh Lord;
Let Your power take over, let it tthrough;
We pray for the president of this nation and all the leaders;
Continue protecting and guiding them;
In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray;
