Nigerian politician and Senator , Dino melaye has kicked against the NCDC bill, titled control of infectious disease bill 2020, he called the bill unholy, satanic , not Nigerian friendly and an importation of colonial mentality , the bill can also be called the bill gates bill.
The outspoken senator explained that different sections of the bill which includes section 19, 30 and 46 contravenes the provision of the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria, it contravenes section 34 & 35 of the constitution of Nigeria.
other provisions of the bill includes that parents or guardian of every child in Nigeria must ensure that the child is vaccinated against the disease (covid 19), the registrar of the birth of the child , immediately after registration must immediately issue a notice requiring the child to be vaccinated against the covid 19.
Dino melaye who released a video to voice out his opinion , vowed to fight the bill, because the summary of the bill is forceful vaccination using the instrument of the police, vaccinating people against individuals wish.
