RHEMA FOR LIVING, OFM DAILY DEVOTIONAL GUIDE FROM THE DESK OF GOD’S ANOINTED SERVANT.
THE DYNAMIC MOTHER.
REV (DR) LIZZY JOHNSON SULEMAN
TODAY FRIDAY 24TH, APRIL 2020
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE: Isaiah 7 – 9
TOPIC: NOT YET OVER.
TEXT: “And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. ” Romans 13 :11.
That you overcame the devil yesterday, not succumbing to his temptation of making you compromise your faith does not mean the battle is over.
A believer should advance in battle, be more strategic and and anointed as the day goes by.
As we grow in faith, the totality of our Christian life also grows.
The devil is a stubborn old fool going all out to ensure that he achieves his aim of making us lose our salvation, so also we should be ready to frustrate his agenda in our lives no matter how he comes.
Every Christian should therefore carry an offensive battle role instead of maintaining a defensive role.
The enemy is all out to hinder the church of Christ from experiencing a moment, manipulating people away from the path of righteousness, truncating lives.
To get what what he wants, the devil can go to any length to get it, likewise the believer should not relent in perpetually putting him in the place of defeat where he belong, as the Bible says “…and the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly” Romans 16 :20
I pray for you, you will always be victorious in battles
PRAYER:
My Father, My Father, as I begin to pray, I receive fresh empowerment to persist in battle. In Jesus Name.
