TOPIC: COMMITTED TO MAKE YOU LAUGH.
TEXT: “And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me.” Genesis 21:6.
What is that situation of life that has change your countenance and outlook to life? You used to be excited, full of dreams and aspirations for life but overtime, since those dreams of yours are not forthcoming, you have withdrawn into your shell allowing life to toss you wherever it please thinking it is over with your dreams.
Child of God, it is not over with you, don’t give up on yourself. With great assurance of what my God can do, I speak to you this day, God is committed to make you laugh. Your being alive is a proof of that. You are needed and that was why you were created. That purpose must manifest in your life. It doesn’t matter how many times you have tried and failed or have been disappointed, there is great hope for you. Help is coming your way and it will spring forth unending laughter in your life.
If Sarah at ninety could testify with her Isaac in her hands, your case which is not near that of Sarah is a walk over for the Almighty God who is a mindful of you and is committed in fulfilling the desires of the righteous.
Every challenge has expiring day. “For surely there is end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off.” Proverbs 23:18. Your night of mourning has come to an end. Welcome to your dawn (Psalm 30:5), your season of joy and unending laughter. It is your turn.
PRAYER:
My Father, My Maker, I know you are committed to make me laugh, as I pray Lord, let laughter spring forth in my life as in the life of Sarah by fire.
