ORDINATION OF DEACONS AND DEACONESSES

Somebody shout Hallelujah. There’s a difference between speaking as a leader and as a father, leader is primarily project oriented while father is people oriented. Mark 16:15, Jesus said go into the world with a father’s heart. Go and preach to every creature.
What’s burning? Whatever is burning in your heart is ruling your life. The word was burning in the heart of Jeremiah and he couldn’t stop preaching. Paul prayed to be accursed if he couldn’t preach the gospel. The most outstanding passion that you have colored everything about your life, ministry, marriage, fiances, health and everything.
The word should be written in your heart with blood and fire – worth dying for and burns in a way that out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. You are unstoppable when a passion holds you to the point of life and death.
MISSIONARY
ZEBEDEE – Jesus changed their name to the sons of thunder, if you follow the word you will be like George Müller. A true missionary has the word burning in his heart, if the word burns in your heart, nobody can stop you. The word of God is the seed for manifesting your ultimate potential. There’re three main levels of potential.
1 Personal potential- what you can do without help.
2 Added potential- it will become optimal if you operate in a way that show that you need help and allow people to help you. It can multiply as a result of help from people. You are as great as the number and kind of people that are helping you.
3 Ultimate potential is when God takes over what you are doing- when God do exceedingly, abundantly and above all that you ask or think according to the power that works in you. The ultimate potential results from your response to the creative force of the word of God. The creative force of the word of God is activated by the Holy Spirit. If the word burns in your heart you will go beyond personal and added potential and enter into the ultimate potential.
Every activated word of God is spirit and life, if it is not activated it is a letter but when it’s activated it’s spirit, it affects the spirit and life.
When the word is activated in you, you will have genuine convert, people who became born again and can last and remain in Christ because the spirit and the word are working in your life.
THE SLACK IN EVANGELISM
***When you are not burning in your heart for soul winning the word of God is going down. If the fire is burning in you, you can’t stop telling people about Jesus Christ.
POUR SOUL WINNING PASSION INTO MY HEART AND BONES
There is passion for souls and souls winning passion – Passion for souls drives you and gives the desire and intensity to win souls. The actual soul winning action/power/force will increase the number of your converts and you can count them. When souls winning dimension is activated in your life you will know the people you have led to Christ. If you don’t know many people you have led to Christ, you may have passion without productivity and real soul winning.
GO, KEEP GOING… If you stop going, you will stop growing in power. Go as long as God said go, keep going.
CHURCHGELISM -If your parish is increasing without an increase in the kingdom of God there is a problem. Reach out to unbelievers, get them into the kingdom of God before your church, think like God. Avoid unnecessary waste of time and energy, concentrate on the real priority- the heart of God RADICAL EVANGELISM NOT CHURCHGELISM.
Use social media to win souls with spiritual preeminence, don’t become slave to social media and gadgets, hearing from heaven is more important than hearing the news of the day. What God says about us and our nation is the truth.
DON’T GET LOST IN THE SYSTEM- Listen to what God is saying not external sources, let God empower you to upgrade the system.
PROMOTION IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO INCREASE IN THE POWER OF GOD.
According to John Wesley “The world is my parish” The world can’t be your parish if you’re not committed to those who perish, your commitment to those who are perishing will determine how much of the world you can claim to be your parish.
SHOWER IN POWER
Tarry in Jerusalem until you are endued with power from on high, the power must be coupled with going. Create time to be alone with GOD to achieve things that have eternal value.
CARRING THE GLORY SUPERSEDE ANY ANOINTING
Anointing is specific to the kinds of miracles that it may work but the glory can work any miracle. Glory is a sign of God’s presence. The glory- God’s presence is not limited by your gifts and abilities. Glory comes by staying in God’s presence.
If two will chase 10,000 and one will chase 1000, it shows that we must work together with brethren, lone rangers are cutting themselves short Don’t ever be the problem wherever there is unity and don’t be the cause of disunity, promote unity and get God purposed results.
PURSUE POWER AND NEVER DESPISE ADMINISTRATORS AND ADMINISTRATION.
PRAYERS
*Father, activate Your creative word in me, let Your word dwell in me with creative force, power and ability. Let Your word be spirit and life in me. Let this message work in us with creative force and power in Jesus name.
*Father, saturate me with the passion for souls, desire to get people saved.
*Father, pour souls winning passion/reaction/wisdom into my heart and bones, i want to win souls, count the converts, … give me souls. Pour the reality of bringing souls into your kingdom into my heart.
* Father, please, let me carry your glory in a transferable and sustainable manner. Let my shadow heals the sick, let handkerchiefs from my body cast out devils, let demons tremble as i walk in.
Father, give me the word, make me faithful, available and teachable.
