Pacific Northwest – The voice may sound the same, but the brand has been overhauled as Christian Hip Hop artist gitemjay, formally Jus Josef, takes his craft to the next level. 

The first example of the growth that gitemjay has experienced over the past year comes in the form of the new single “Honeycomb” jay is displaying his all-around skills. From producing to engineering, from spitting bars to delivering melodies – gitemjay has positioned himself to be an artist to watch within CHH for 2020.

“Honeycomb’ is a song reflecting on my wins and losses of 2019, also my growth as an artist. I’m experimenting with sounds and harmonies.“

The new single is jay’s first since the release of his album ‘Valley Joe’ that marked a sonic shift, as well as approach to the creative process, for the gifted emcee. “Honeycomb” was also the featured song on the Season One | Ep. 12 FiveTwenty Collective Podcast.
