SALVATION MINISTRIES COMMENCES 7 SUNDAY SERVICES
Salvation Ministries Home of Salvation has announced the commencement of 7 Sunday services. This announcement greeted with elation was done today by Pastor David Ibiyeomie.
The Church which is presently headquartered at Phase 1, Plot 17 Birabi Street in the Port Harcourt Government Reservation Area (GRA) had previously spread out to the point of establishing about 120 churches in Port Harcourt alone. This helped to reduce crowd pressure on the Headquarters with plans set in place to build a befitting Headquarters, the Hand of God estimated to be a 100,000 capacity cathedral at Igwuruta on the Airport Road. The Cathedral is almost completed and would be dedicated in 2020 as earlier reported by Church Gist.
The 7 services commence from Sunday 26th January, 2020 which is also the day that would most likely mark the end of the Annual Fasting and Prayers for the beginning of the year 2020. The 2 added services are the Youth Service by 4.45pm and the Business Hour Service for businessmen who could not attend the morning service(s) by 6pm.
This is the first time a church would hold 7 services in Nigeria as David Yongi Cho of the Yoido Full Gospel Church in South Korea had done since the 1980s. Other churches known for multiple services have been the Living Faith Church which previously held 5 services at the Faith Tabernacle, Canaanland and Dunamis International Gospel Church which held 6 overflowing services at the Area 1 Church before relocation to the world record setting 100,000 capacity Glory Dome which presently stands as the World’s largest Church Auditorium.

2nd Service: 7:30am
3rd Service: 9:00am
4th Service: 10:30am
5th Service: 12:00pm
6th Service: 4:45pm (Youth Arise)
7th Service: 6:00pm (Business Hour)
