Joy Forze, US based gospel artist was born in Cameroon where she studied before travelling to the USA to further her education. Music has always been an integral part of her life since she grew up listening to all genres of music. She started singing in church at a tender age as part of different groups.
She recently partnered with another phenomenal US based Cameroonian artist, PanditaNjoh to release an album titled- Nothing Else Matters in 2018. Included in this album are other songs like Testimony, No Other Name and Nothing Else Matters just to name a few.
She has served as a worship leader at Living Word International Church located in Tulsa, Oklahoma where she was ordained as a Pastor. She currently serves as Worship Pastor at Christ Empire International Church in San Antonio, Texas.
Her most recent Single “Scatter Body” was released on April 15, 2020. This song is a Makossa mix fused with an afro beat vibe that will keep you on your feet grooving and dancing to the beat. This song was produced by the incredible Nigerian producer Wale Owoade—the same producer that worked on the album “Nothing Else Matters”.
Inspired by God’s constant faithfulness and goodness in her life and in the life of her family, Joy Forze remarks that; “Scatter Body”, was received on a flight home after a family celebration. The song “Scatter Body” is a song of celebration acknowledging the goodness of God in our lives as He constantly protects, provides, and takes us from glory to glory. However this is not just a song, it is an understanding that our lives are to be fully anchored in Christ and in His love and that is why we fully trust and depend on Him. Through the ups and downs, He never leaves us, hence our continual praise to Him
