In every sane nation,the private sector employs more than govt..but in nigeria civil servants are more..the govt has not made the environment conducive for private sector..you start a business,FIRS would collect theirs,state will collect,local govt etc.
In Uk. ,if you have over 50 employees,your tax rate drops..you can even get a free space..but in nigeria,multiplicity of employee is seen as robust business progress to pay more tax..we need jobs in nigeria. The govt should stop discouraging entrepreneurs unconsciously..
