Veteran gospel artiste, Phil Thompson is set to host his first ever live recording concert in Nigeria, on the 4th of August, 2023.
The gospel artiste who made this news known via a post on his Instagram page, noted that his biggest supporters are in Nigeria.
“Our biggest supporters are Nigerians,” Thompson revealed in the video, “I thought that it will be only fitting that our first-ever live recording, that we would do it in Nigeria,” he said.

Phil Thompson, a former member of the popular urban contemporary gospel group Ashmont Hill, embarked on his successful solo career with the release of his chart-topping debut album, ‘My Worship’ in 2018 – capturing the hearts of worshipers across the globe.
In 2018, Phil Thompson released his debut project “My Worship” to great acclaim, followed by “Lion Of Judah,” which marked his sophomore album release in 2021.
