What most people expect from you when they come for advice is always a go ahead or a YES response to what they had wanted to embark on, and when you give them a NO answer or you ask them to wait a while for God to work on them, it always seems to be a big deal or a challenge.
We must learn not to be in a hurry.
When asking for a feedback or advice, be ready to hear either a NO or a YES (Especially when you truly trust that person you were led to take your matter to)
Don’t just focus on words that will entice or flatter, or even sponsor your mediocrity.
In another light, it is very important to know when to take a matter to man or to God.
It isn’t everything a MAN can give you answers to or directives on.
Some issues are better or best taken to God.
Most of the exaltations and preference we give to our mentors and people ahead would be minimised if some matters are taken to God in prayer or meditations.
Let your actions and intentions be subjected under the working of the Holy Spirit, then you will know what to do and how to do them.
