CRITERIA FOR LEADERSHIP – PART 1

Leadership is not a position to assume. It is a call to duty.
It is about accepting responsibility.
I have never aspired to lead. I have never thought or dreamt of nor even seem to have the traits of a leader. I even detest and shy away from being one.
But one thing I can’t deny is that I have found myself practicing leadership.
Leadership is not what you aspire to become but what you practice.
It is our practice that leads us to our placement in destiny.
Leadership is a natural sequence to your set of practices.
