Chapter 4
Your Instrument in Creativity
Father we thank you and exhalt you for another great opportunity to learn at your feet and draw light from your word, give us your wisdom and counsel and make us excel in Jesus name
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. In the beginning, there was nothing in existence, God went into action to create something out of nothing.

In Isaiah 66:1- God said, heaven is my throne and earth is my footstool, God never had a throne until he created one, he never had a footstool until he created one.
Nothing happens on its own, sitting down and wishing never produces anything
Wishful thinking does not create thrones, the word create is an active word not a dormant word, it shows God went into action to produce something

Prov13 vs 4 tells us the soul of the sluggard desireth and hath nothing but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat.
The question then is , How did God create ?
What force went into action ?
Prov 3 vs 19 tells us that
The lord by wisdom hath founded the earth and by understanding hath he established the heavens.

Wisdom is God’s instrument for creating all things, it is the force behind creation
At creation we learnt God spoke words, Let there be light, let there be….
But the words were backed up with wisdom, the bible tells us in Proverbs 8:22

“I, wisdom, was with the Lord when he began his work, long before he made anything else.
He created the heavens and the earth with wisdom and kept them running till date, the globe has not dropped through any mechanical error
That shows the sustaining power of God’s wisdom

CREATING YOUR WORLD
It would just have been so wonderful knowing what God did with wisdom, but do you know, we can do same
Jesus said to the believers, as my father hath sent me, so send I you. This means we are Co architects with him in the realm of creativity We are called to join in the mystery of making things happen. This is Creativity and it can only happen through divine enabling . You and I are the principal initiator of our destiny and wisdom is the instrument that we need Wisdom is knowing which way to go, it is knowing how to handle situations and make then produce the desired results. Man has access to two kinds of wisdom. Heavenly wisdom and earthly Wisdom James 3: 15-17
This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish….
Earthly Wisdom will produce earthly and common results, heavenly wisdom will produce heavenly and uncommon results
The wisdom which is of God is void of confusion and guarantees escape from evil

CREATIVE NATURE
Just like God, we are born with that creative nature, we have the divine nature at redemption and the mind of Christ to do exploits and do things that is a wonder in the sight of men
