Dr. Chimere Ukegbu’s new single ” Amarachukwu ” captures the workings of God’s grace; bringing alive the words of Apostle Paul in Eph. 2: 8-9 ” for it is by grace you have been saved and not the result of your own efforts, but God’s gift, so that no one can boast about it.” (GNB)
As he highlights in the verse, even in our weakness the grace of God is seen at work, enabling us to scale limits. No wonder David wrote in Psalms 8:4, “what are human beings, that you think of them; mere mortals, that you care for them.” When asked of the inspiration for the song, Dr. Ukegbu says ” when I look at my life and how far I have come, I can only see God’s hand at work and it is not about my effort. Yes, I put in effort but God made it prosper and even areas in which I was deficient God helped and has continued to help me .”
